Terms & Conditions

Effective from 30 April 2026

Thank you for joining LYD Market at La Brisa Bali. These Terms and Conditions apply to all vendors who have agreed to participate in the LYD Market at La Brisa Bali, including its employees assigned during the participation in the LYD Market. By signing this document, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to fully comply with all requirements stated below.

General Terms

1. LYD Market Day

LYD Market shall be held every Sunday at La Brisa Bali (hereinafter referred to as a “Market Day”). LYD Market reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend the Market Day schedule, including to cancel any Market Day at any time. Any such changes to the Market Day schedule will be notified to the vendors.

2. Rental Fee

The Rental Fee covers vendor registration and the use of a table during the Market Day. Vendors agree to a fee of IDR 400,000 per Market Day, applicable taxes will be added in accordance with prevailing regulations.

Rental Fee + Other Fee (if applicable) + 10% tax

Participation requires a minimum commitment of three (3) months, and the fee is paid directly by the vendor.

The Rental Fee includes:

  • One (1) table
  • Tablecloth
  • Shared working space

If the vendor requires electricity usage, an additional fee of IDR 50,000 per Market Day will apply and shall be paid together with the Rental Fee.

3. Rental Fee Payment Policy
  1. 3.1.The vendor is required to fully settle all Rental Fees (including any additional fees, if applicable) no later than seven (7) days prior to the first Market Day.
  2. 3.2.The vendor hereby agrees that all Rental Fee payments are non-refundable, including in the event of late arrival, non-attendance, and/or cancellation of participation by the vendor.
  3. 3.3.Any delay in payment of the Rental Fee may result in the cancellation of the vendor’s participation in LYD Market, as determined at LYD Market’s sole discretion.

Operational Guidelines

4. Market Day Operational Hours

LYD Market runs from 10:00 to 16:00 on each Market Day, unless otherwise announced by LYD Market. The daily schedule is as follows:

  • Vendors must arrive on site for setup starting from 08:00.
  • The latest time for vendor vehicle access is 09:30.
  • Vendors are not allowed to leave the venue before 16:00. If all products are sold out before 14:00, vendors may stop operating from 15:00.

LYD Market reserves the right to cancel a Market Day at its discretion, with prior notice to vendors. Any such cancellation will not reduce the number of Market Days already paid for and does not entitle vendors to a refund of the Rental Fee.

5. Operational Policy
  1. 5.1.Vendors and their staff are required to keep the LYD Market area clean at all times, including after operational hours end.
  2. 5.2.Vendors and their staff must behave professionally and comply with LYD Market’s internal rules.
  3. 5.3.A fine of IDR 100,000 per Market Day will apply if a vendor does not attend a scheduled Market Day.
  4. 5.4.Vendors agree to be fined if they are found to have damaged LYD Market and/or La Brisa property. The amount of the fine will be determined by LYD Market.
  5. 5.5.Vendors agree to be fined if they are late three (3) times within two (2) consecutive months.

Vendor Compliance

6. Vendor Eligibility and Selection
  1. 6.1.Participation in LYD Market is strictly limited to Indonesian Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah / UMKM) in accordance with applicable Indonesian laws and regulations, including but not limited to Law No. 20 of 2008 on UMKM and its implementing regulations.
  2. 6.2.Vendors must have completed and be able to provide valid and up-to-date documentation, including:
    • Business Identification Number (Nomor Induk Berusaha / NIB);
    • Tax Identification Number (NPWP);
    • UMKM-related permits and/or supporting documents, including but not limited to:
      • Company Deed (Akta Pendirian), if applicable;
      • UMKM Certificate or Surat Keterangan UMKM from relevant authorities;
    • BPJS Kesehatan and/or BPJS Ketenagakerjaan registration for the owner and/or employees, whether self-registered or sponsored by the Vendors.
  3. 6.3.Vendors are required to fully disclose and submit all documents requested by LYD Market or its management for verification and compliance purposes. Failure to provide accurate and complete documentation may result in rejection or termination of participation.
  4. 6.4.LYD Market and its management reserve full and absolute discretion to approve or reject any vendor application without obligation to provide justification. All decisions are final.
  5. 6.5.LYD Market implements a vendor rotation system on a quarterly basis to ensure diversity, fairness, and opportunity distribution among UMKM participants. Participation in one period does not guarantee continuation in subsequent periods.
  6. 6.6.Vendors must be willing to participate in any mandatory briefings, socialization sessions, or compliance programs organized by LYD Market or its management and/or government.
7. Permits & Legal Restrictions
  1. 7.1.Vendors are fully responsible for all permits and legal requirements related to their participation, including but not limited to business licenses, hygiene and health standards, safety standards, and taxes.
  2. 7.2.If a vendor owner or staff member is a non-Indonesian national, they are strictly prohibited from:
    • taking part in operational activities during Market Day;
    • handling any transactions, including cash or non-cash payments;
    • participating in setup or closing table activities.
  3. 7.3.LYD Market has full authority to issue warnings, suspend, or terminate vendor participation in case of any violation of these Terms and Conditions. Such decisions are final.
  4. 7.4.Vendors agree to indemnify LYD Group and La Brisa from any claims, damages, penalties, or investigations arising from illegal activities or harm caused before, during, or after the LYD Market.
  5. 7.5.LYD Market may request personal information to Vendor for administration purposes.
  6. 7.6.LYD Market may update these Terms and Conditions at any time, with notice to vendors.
8. Compliance Policy
  1. 8.1.Vendors and their staff must communicate politely and act professionally toward guests, other vendors, and LYD Market staff. LYD Market may end a vendor’s participation if their behavior is deemed inappropriate.
  2. 8.2.Any new product categories must receive approval from LYD Market before being sold.
  3. 8.3.Vendors are not allowed to play music during Market Day.
  4. 8.4.All electrical equipment, gas appliances, heaters, and cooking tools must be approved by LYD Market before installation. LYD Market may remove any equipment considered unsafe.
  5. 8.5.Vendors may reapply after the end of each quarter by completing the standard registration process.
9. Vendor Table Rules
  1. 9.1.Racks & displays must be made of wood, bamboo, or metal. Single-use plastic packaging is not allowed. LYD Market may request immediate replacement if this rule is violated.
  2. 9.2.A maximum of three (3) staff members are allowed per table. Any additional staff must be approved by LYD Market.
  3. 9.3.Table placement will be assigned by LYD Market. Any changes will be communicated to the vendor.
  4. 9.4.The maximum table size is 1.5 meters. All products and displays must stay within the table area.
  5. 9.5.Vendors are not allowed to sublease or share their table space with other vendors.
